Q. How fast is the tech support responce time?
A. The time differes between contracts, but in most cases
we have a 4 hr responce time to emergencies, and 24 hr
for non-emergencies.

Q. What platforms does DDS support?
A. DDS is a non stop solution provider. We currently support
the following O/S Platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux and Unix.
Alternate platforms for businesses without the need for
high priced licenses. The Ubuntu platform is a great alternate
desktop environment for those clients using office applications
to do 90% of their work. For more information, visit

solutions using a combination of Linux driven servers that
can also be used in windows environments.

Q. Does DDS Service outside the El Paso Area?
A. Yes we have clients in East Texas as well as Arizona and
are looking to expand our horizons in all directions.
